We have been cooperating with the Kharkiv CCI for several years. We asked to help organize the presentation of our products on the basis of the Kharkov Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The presentation was successful, we were satisfied, new contacts with potential consumers of the products were established. I hope that in the future we will closely cooperate with the Chamber. We have new developments, the implementation of which will require the use of the services provided by the Kharkiv CCI.

«At the beginning of Russia's full-scale aggression and constant attacks on Kharkiv, the studio had to close. However, in the summer of 2023, the salon resumed its work and even received the QUALITY STANDARD award in the Best Quality Goods and Services of the Year competition. Unfortunately, the studio is currently forced to take a break again, as Kharkiv residents are again constantly affected by air raids. And due to the military realities, the salon has become unprofitable. So I decided to take part in the Business Resilience initiative and get professional advice from experts on how to revive my business. To do this, I turned to the Kharkiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry to find out how to implement my business ideas and scale them up, how to transform a business that has great potential but is in deep crisis due to the war. Olena Vasylieva, an expert at the Kharkiv CCI, advised me on how to create a new business model, assess and mitigate risks at each stage of the business process, develop critical business functions, increase the company's sustainability and leadership skills, and motivate staff. She also provided detailed information on the grant support available for business in Ukraine today, how to find it and prepare a grant application. I was impressed by the way Olena Vasilieva got involved in my business project and gave me specific and effective advice, despite the fact that the grooming business has its own specifics. I am pleased to note that Olena's advice was not only informative, but also expedient and clear. As a result of the consultations, a business model for the WOW® Grooming Studio has already been created, a SWOT analysis and business risk assessment have been carried out.After gaining new knowledge, a strategy for the future was developed.
