In some situation, it may be required to get confirmation of powers of an enterprise to act as an official, exclusive or single distributor or dealer of a foreign company in the market of Ukraine by an independent expert organization, such as the Commerce and Industry Chamber. In such cases, the Department of Business Information issues a certificate or opinion indicating powers of a Ukrainian partner.
Confirmation of your status of a distributor/dealer by a document issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry will allow you to participate in the negotiation procedure for public procurement if the product/service that you sell is not produced/provided by other enterprises on the territory of Ukraine and will also speed up the decision-making when concluding a commercial agreement with a potential partner.
