The Kharkiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry carries out certification of commercial documents for enterprises whose activities are related to conducting foreign economic activity.
What is document certification? This is the process of attesting the authenticity of documents of a commercial nature with the aim of their subsequent recognition in the legal system of a foreign state. Certified documents acquire legal force in a foreign country, which is a guarantee of the authenticity of your documents for foreign counterparties.
The method of legalizing documents is dictated by the Hague Apostille Convention. For countries that have not signed the Hague Convention on Apostille, consular legalization is required, which is preceded by certification in the Chamber of Commerce.
Vietnam, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Sudan, Turkey, Philippines.
These documents include:
– Filled application in the prescribed form;
– Originals of the documents to be certified;
– Natural persons submit the identity document;
– Representatives of enterprises, organizations, institutions, companies, firms, business entities and the representation foreign companies submit the identity document and power of attorney to carry out actions related to the certification of documents.
